Returns and Refund Policy

If you have any questions at any time, you can contact us at info@georgeouscare.nl.

We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order. Within this period, you may request a return provided the conditions below are met.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused
• Be in the same condition as received
• Have all labels attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Hygiene and sealed products

Our soaps and personal care products are sealed for hygiene and health protection reasons.

In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

This means:

• If the hygiene seal is intact, the product may be returned within the applicable return period.
• If the hygiene seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with, the product cannot be returned or refunded.
• Products that show any signs of use will not be eligible for a refund.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@georgeouscare.nl. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or unsealed personal care products
• Perishable goods
• Custom or personalized products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please request a return first (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, this right does not apply to sealed hygiene products once unsealed, as described above.

To exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
