Processing times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping within the Netherlands

At this time, we ship exclusively within the Netherlands.

Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International shipping

We currently do not ship outside the Netherlands. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Georgeous Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the package.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@georgeouscare.nl and include photos of the packaging and product.

If your package appears lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
